By booking an appointment at my salon, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth and professional experience for both you and me. Please read them carefully before booking:

 

Appointments 

All services are available by appointment only. No refills from other salons. Please arrive on time to ensure you can enjoy the full duration of your treatment. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled. Deposits shall be made after making an appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the total amount in de salon.
 

Cancellations & Rescheduling 

If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments will cost a fee. 
 

Payments 

Payments are to be made in full at the end of your appointment. Accepted methods of payment are cash or Tikkie.
 

Aftercare & Results 

I provide aftercare advice to help you maintain the best possible results. Please note that individual results may vary depending on lifestyle, skin type, and proper aftercare. 3 days warranty is given.

Health & Safety 

For your safety, please inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, or recent treatments before your appointment.
 

Right to Refuse Service 

I reserve the right to refuse service if necessary (for example, in cases of illness, contraindications, or inappropriate behavior).

By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree that treatments are performed at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the salon and its employees shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage (direct, indirect, or consequential) arising from the use of services or products.
